Episode 07 – Dukkha – #Practice

The European Buddha Podcast asks its guests to introduce exercises that our listeners can do at home or in the car driving to work. Feel free to pause the exercise at any given time and do it at your own pace. This time we asked Žarko to present a practice that can be linked to the theme of the podcast episode. He introduced a contemplation exercise that includes objects as well as sense perceptions. A great exercise that could be done shortly or for a longer period of time. Try it out!
